Finding Stillness Beyond the Clinical

When I am not in the office, you will likely find me in the woods or by the water. My journey through healthcare and military service taught me that resilience is built in the quiet moments—the times when we allow ourselves to simply be. I bring this same appreciation for stillness and grounding to our sessions together.

I believe that every client deserves to be seen as a person, not a diagnosis. My own life experiences have shaped my philosophy: that healing requires both the strength of science and the tenderness of human connection. I am here to help you navigate your transition with grace, balance, and unwavering support.
