Women’s health is viewed through the changing seasons of a woman’s life — from young adulthood, pregnancy and postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. Each stage can bring emotional, physical, hormonal, and identity-related changes that deserve thoughtful support and compassionate care. I can help provide encouragement, education, psychiatric support, and guidance as you move through these transitions, including mood changes, anxiety, irritability, sleep disruption, stress, burnout, and postpartum depression symptoms. When appropriate, lab work may be ordered or reviewed to help identify contributing factors, and results can be shared with your women’s health provider or primary care provider for coordinated care. Support may also include supplement recommendations, lifestyle guidance, and trusted resources to help you feel informed, empowered, and able to thrive in every season of life.
