Mood changes can feel unsettling, unpredictable, and difficult to manage, especially when they begin affecting sleep, energy, motivation, relationships, decision-making, or daily responsibilities. At Solstice, we work to better understand each person’s mood patterns, including periods of depression, irritability, emotional sensitivity, mood swings, racing thoughts, impulsivity, or times of feeling unusually energized or unlike yourself. Care may include medication management, brief supportive therapy, coping strategies, sleep and routine support, and lifestyle guidance. The goal is to support mood stability, improve daily functioning, and help you feel more balanced, grounded, and in control.
