Jennifer Hoben, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC
Founder
I started my private psychiatric practice to create a space where care feels personal, thoughtful, and truly individualized. After nearly 30 years in healthcare, including my experience as a U.S. Army Combat Medic, first responder, nurse, educator, researcher, and nurse practitioner, I wanted to build a practice grounded in science, guided by compassion, and centered on helping people feel heard, supported, and understood as they move through difficult seasons of life.
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
LMHC
A Licensed Mental Health Counselor plays an important role in the intake process by helping new clients feel welcomed, heard, and understood from the very beginning. During the initial intake, the LMHC gathers a thorough history, explores current concerns, identifies goals for care, and helps determine the most appropriate treatment path. This process supports a strong foundation for individualized care and helps ensure each client is connected with the services and provider best suited to their needs.

Specialist
Our Practice Support Specialist is often one of the first friendly points of contact for patients. She helps make the care experience smoother by assisting with scheduling, billing questions, insurance-related needs, prior authorizations, forms, and general practice communication. Her role is to help patients feel supported, informed, and connected throughout their care.
