With nearly 30 years of healthcare experience, I am a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) dedicated to the belief that healing is not linear. My practice is Veteran-owned and operated, reflecting a career of service that began with 8 years in the U.S. Army Reserves as a combat medic and evolved into advanced practice roles in psychiatry and urgent care. Beyond my clinical work, I have contributed to the advancement of the field through nursing research and as a nurse educator, training the next generation of healthcare professionals. By integrating clinical excellence with a holistic, "whole-person" approach, I provide evidence-based care that prioritizes quality over quantity—specializing in anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, women’s health, sleep disturbances, and mood disorders.

I am proud to maintain active memberships in the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the Neuroscience Education Institute, the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, and the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. This commitment to professional excellence is complemented by my volunteer work with Remote Area Medical, providing free care to those in need.

When I am away from the office, I embrace the restorative power of the outdoors—whether I’m riding my motorcycle, heading out in my Jeep, or staying active through hiking, biking, and swimming with my friends and family.
